Do I have to pay a deposit to book my appointment?
A deposit is required to book any service, this deposit will also be applied towards your service. Please be aware that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person . NO EXCEPTIONS
What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
I value you as a future/returning client and would still like to accommodate your needs. So,in the event that you must reschedule you will have only (7) days from your Cancellation date to reschedule and use that deposit towards your rescheduled date. This only applies to clients who cancel within (24) hours prior to their appointment date, notifying the artist of rescheduling needs.
Do you accept cash or card for your final payment?
The remaining payment is due on the day of your scheduled appointment. If payment must be received by card there will be an additional $2.00 fee added to final balance.
What are your bridal rates I didn't see where I could book those services?
All Bridal inquiries will be handled via email due to intricate details that may go along with the booking. Please email all bridal inquiries to ashleygreenmua@gmail.com. Once emailed please allow 48-72 hours for a response
